My power adapter is 330W, but it is still limited by power consumption and voltage. Do I need to unlock vbios?

First off, you need to get those temps down, 81c is way too high to start looking at unlocking power limits.

Second, there is no way to unlock power limits in Pascal, you can alter the TDP with a programmer which will allow the card to accept more power which will mitigate power limit reason to a certain point.

You will want to tune the card to lower voltage needed for certain clock rates on the core which will help maintain clock rates as auto is likely to use more voltage than it really needs (in most cases)

The max known TDP of the Ranger is maybe 150w, 135w-145w likely being "safer"

Furmark is a terrible benchmark for Pascal as Pascal

You can overclock the memory though, but before anything else I would get those temps down. My load temps are 56-58C depending on what I am doing at the time.

Thank you for your answer! It seems that I need to replace the cooling module, my current temperature is really high, full load can reach 86C, standby also reaches 50C, In addition, can the ch341a programmer unlock the 1070 TDP?

There isn't really a method to "unlock" like you could in the past like with older cards.

You have to set a tdp limit then set a voltage curve in msi afterburner to tune around that.

I suggest getting the M17x r3 gpu fan, 5 pipe copper heatsink from cicichen on ebay and cutting the pwm wire (or install an on/off switch) so you can force full fan speed for when gaming.

Also getting the cooler master u3 with 3x 120mm fans powered externally.

That's how I maintain a 56c load temp, idle Temps are 38c but I also force 3d clocks at all times so my idle is higher than it would under normal operation

That fan looks like the CPU fan but otherwise thats the same guy

I'd suggest it's better to take the m17x r4 GPU fan instead of the r3 one.

I consulted him, it is really a CPU fan, the GPU fan is under another page.

Will the fan effect of the M71X R4 be better?

I'd say so, as it has bout 2,5 times more cfm (~11.x), besides this good padding work and paste are also always necessary.
