    There's been a serious drought of discounts these past few months.

    I remember when I ordered my M17x R3 back in March/April, people were getting 20-30% discounts left and right. I got my $2800 M17x R3 for barely $2200. So honestly, the 5-10% offers right now aren't that great in comparison.

    It also seems like sales reps aren't as generous now either. I tried for the last two days to buy an XPS, but none of the reps could give me more than 2% off.

    reps are no longer being generous. I couldn't knock off more than $100 with some hard haggling, and I can get that much off now with this discount and coupon!

    Bumping up above $2399 gets 15% and after calling they took off an addl $185 so it can be done. I think it's a great deal. I just need to sell my existing one now :)
