Does anyone know how to Factory Restore with or without the CD on the R3? I'm quite new to factory restoring so if anyone can help me, that'd be awesome! :)

Didn't you make your restore discs with Alien Respawn? If not, I believe it is F9 if you left your restore partition on the drive.

Programs Alien Respawn as already mentioned, had to use it twice in the first 5 hours of usage because of a wifi issue, problem has now gone, friend had exact same issue, don't really know what fixed it but I believe it to be a problem with the Dell factory image.
