I have removed CMOS battery and held power button for 30 secs, repeated that 3 times and on boot up i am getting 5 beeps.

I am on unlocked A08 BIOS, in video configuration i have set Primary Video device to PEG from SG (thanks to some guy on these forums who said to do that, now it cannot boot).

Good find. I ended up blind flashing the BIOS in a similar situation (setting Primary Display to PEG without also disabling IGP) to restore function. Glad it worked out.
