Does anyone know how to get the real (spacific) order status. I was able to check it on the main AW line a few weeks ago.. now it just transfers ...
I am looking for a way to find out what stage in production it is in etc. If anyone knows please post here. :) THX

Sorry to bust your balls/ovaries, but there's no way to get the "actual" order status/location of it besides the tracking number from when it actually ships. If you check online it'll most likely say "In production," and when you call 1800ALIENWA to check the order status, it'll say "your order is currently in production in the build stage." Then you might speak to a csr, who will tell you the same info that you could view online. They may even lie to you about sending an expedite order to the manufacturing team, which is a myth like unicorns and Medusa.

Yuppo, sorry :( There's no way, unfortunately... Remember, Dell is a gigantic corporation building hundreds of comps daily. They don't have time for you (and any of us lolz), unfortunately.

I myself is a very good case study at the moment for you, sir.I just got a call from Dell rep informing me that they will be delivering my M17xR3 tomorrow. So out of curiosity,i went to check my online tracking status.Guess what? Its still under "Ship from factory".Estimated delivery date is the closest reference you can follow IMO,& it might even change randomly.Mine change from 28-Jun to 15-Jun EDD.Can't complain though. :D
