I have done so once before and a few games didn't work properly, although I had only installed the Nvidia Driver and the Win10 audio drivers. Do I need to install every one of the drivers on the Dell site pertaining to my systems service tag or just some of them? Whats the way to do it properly?

I always install every driver except graphic driver which is most important and need to be installed in newest version from nvidia.com

If you won't install chipset driver you are asking for problems with BSODs, RAID and so on. Windows 7/8 standard touchpad driver doesn't even have scrolling, so install synaptic driver from AW page.

I usually install all of them as well. The nVidia drivers are better for graphics performance, you could get them from nVidia GeForce Experience. Our drivers are updated only if there are issues with the current version on the site.

So I install all drivers that show up for my service tag on dell website and I should be good to go? Are any of the drivers the same as the Win 8.1 versions?

Yes, you can go that way. Just install all the drivers from Dell page.

Then after that, go to your device manager and update the driver for Intel SMBus and HD graphic from there. The one from Dell is not the latest version. Causing AHCI not detected properly. (at least in my SSD Case)

for AlienFX, you need the 3.6 version if im not mistaken, don't use the 4.0 one. Also make sure you got net framework 2 - 4 installed before installing AlienFX and OSD
