Is there an easy way to test my psu wattage. Just upgraded my gpu in my m17x R2 and after about 5-10 min of game play, the system completely shuts off. If I run no OC on the cpu and disable turbo on my 940xm along with stock clocks on my 8970, game will play fine, but with very low fps. Seems like a psu issue since any temps in hwinfo don't go any higher then low 70's. Just like to be able to see what my psu outputting before making the jump to a modded 330w.

Go buy a wattmeter for 5$ and try to oc step by step your cpu, you will see at wich power the psu shut down. Mine can go to 270W but it's near new, most of the delta one can go to 280W if i am right.

Buying a kill-A-watt to monitor the wattage. Cheap.

Make sure you are running high performance plan too, balanced can sometimes cripple game performance.
