I have an m17x r2 5870x2 and just installed the latest video drivers from dell. Also, I downloaded the vbios and burn the image on a cd-r. What do I do next to install the vbios?

Read the instructions on the dell download website regarding the install of the vbios. The instructions are very detailed and can be found on the site where you downloaded the vbios.

First post has all the info you need but have a read through....its pretty straighforward really so dont panic. At the bottom of the first post, you will also see a link to a guide by Grimfan....have alook at that thread too as its very informative. Grim suggests the use of a USB drive - I flashed my vbios from iso image on cd-r and it worked just fine so its either way really.

    Hope that helps!
