I have huge throttle issues, sometimes games will come to a full stop and completely freeze then play at normal FPS. sometimes this happens every 30 to 60 seconds

This is getting frustrating and I don't want to deal with it anymore. I drop down to 4 to 5 FPS in important situations during certain games. Is there anything I can do to relieve this problem?

Has anyone had this probably too?

Check your fans and monitor your temps. I'm betting you got dust in your fans and that is what is causing the throttling. ;)
