1.- what type of screen I have if the description say:

I know may you will say you have a 17-inch Wid . . .
but this description is for a RGB?

2.- After I did a new fresh clean installation of the OS, now the access for the Steam and portal is not any more? where I can get the it?

3.- The steam and portal have a cost?

If you have the 1920x1200 screen, it is the RGB LED screen. The 1440x900 screen was not RGB to my knowledge. Steam Installer. You'll have to download all of your content again. If you decide to reformat in the future, remember that you can move your entire Steam folder to an external hard drive, and then put it directly back on your computer once it's reformatted. Once you've put the Steam folder back on your new installation, all you have to do is delete everything in the folder accept the Steam executable and the Steamapps folder. Then when you run steam again, all you do is run Steam.exe, and it will gather all of the stuff you deleted for your new install. You do NOT need to install all of the games and apps again via download. Steam is free, and if you already had Portal, it will be available for free download in Steam.
