I can't seem to switch to the graphics card?
I tried hitting FN + F7 and it does restart but then it says I don't have the proper display driver. So I head over to Dell.ca and download the driver that it says
Drivers and Downloads | Dell [Canada]
Then when I install it, gives me some kind of error that its not installed correctly? What the hell is going on?
I just got laptop today and its already not working correctly? Why the hell didn't they install the drivers for my video card instead of running on this integrated intel chipset?
Someone help me here?

Gares, that link is to the R3 driver support board. There are no drivers for the 7970M there. Whatever you downloaded from there has to be incompatible.
You need to go to the R4 board. Drivers and Downloads | Dell [Canada]. Click on Video, and the first selection is drivers for the 7970M (Gfx_AMD_A00_8.934.2_F9X96_setup_ZPE.exe). That is what you need if you need anything at all; however, those drivers should have been factory installed on your R4.
Go to Device Manager, click on Display Adapters and see whether the 7970M is listed there (you should also see the Intel HD 4000). If it is, the drivers have been installed, and there is no need to install again. -
Thank you so much. I did have the correct drivers installed and I managed to figure it out with the catalyst control panel. Now to see how well some games play on this thing!!
I can't seem to find my 7970 in my M17x R4?
