    i say go with the 2720 proc and save $200 :D

    wont notice the difference between the +100mhz and extra 2mb cache

    you really into the 3D? if not, see if you can make them do the 120hz screen and a 6970m ;) you can use the money from downgrading the proc to up the gpu :)

    im so torn between the 3d option because of the drop of performance...but if it can't play maxxed out on 3d why get it right? thanks for your opinion ill take it into consideration..

    i second this..Get the 2720QM, it's more than enough for everyday gaming..Also, if you are not into 3D, I'd suggest get the 6970m..And your price is a bit high, try to call Dell EPP, don't buy it through the website..

    just an observation, if you used the US site to configure that system when you select the 3D bundle the optical drive automatically configures the bluray reader, not the case in the UK and not sure about other sites.

    also there have been many 3D or not 3D discussions here, if you go the none 3D route you are stuck with it, remember there may be an option soon to upgrade to Nvidia 485m so be carefull

    Buy a 3 year warranty (up to you if you want accidental or not). Also, couple days after you place the order, call in and ask to be upgraded to NBD, cuz you need it for school/work or something :)
