Apparently, the vBios flash went wrong,

and the computer boots to a black screen..

Does anybody have the original vBios for the 4870?

    I'm hoping I can reflash my 4870s..

Any help would be nice, thanks.

    The cards are freaked out,

fresh install won't even go through and ATI drivers would crash at the end of setup..

    cleverpseudonym, thanks for your help,

but I'm just trying for the final time to get this computer to work,

can anybody send me the .rom file for the master 4870 and the slave 4870,

so that I could revert the cards to factory state to give it one more go?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

@cleverpseudonym: Does the GPU Clock Tool only work on an R2? It gives me the "set clocks failed" error box. I HAVE to flash my cards to OC them.

@meraki: I've got both the slave and master untouched BIOS's if you still need them. I just need to know how you want me to send them to you.

Good job man! I had a flash go bad on a card a few years ago and never got it to recover. Congratulations!
