    ...refurbished? I'm really not big on refurbished stuff and my computer is qualified for a replacement. Can i fight to get a brand new one or am I pushing my luck?

    If they have refurbished, they will give u one. If they dont, they will give u a new one. You can fight for it but its their choice in the end.
