When I ordered my R3 part of the reason I decided to give up my spot in line with Sager was the promise of next business day shipping. I figured it would at least move up my order a couple of days. Well today I was psyched to find out that my order was preparing to be shipped. I wanted to make sure that they were going to follow through so I chatted with a rep who told me that no the order was for normal 3-5 day shipping. When I explained that I had a confirmation email that clearly stated that the shipping method was NBD after some arguing they asked me to call. I called and explained the issue and got passed on to someone. I forwarded the email and they finally admitted that yes I should be getting NBD and they had no idea why it had changed but unfortunately it was very unlikely that there was anything that they would be able to do about it.
With all the waiting we are already forced to do on these I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. A couple of days feels like a lifetime at this point. So if you guys were told you would get NBD definitely call and check with them so this doesn't happen to you.

NBD is a waste depending on where you live because if you are close to the shipping facility, it will be next day even if you didn't get NBD. ie. Southern CA ships from City of Industry so San Diego is next day regardless. The preparing for shipping is unavoidable because it is the transit from the production facility which we believe to be in China.
Dell Servers (ie T110 on the overhand is assembled here in US and ships from same location to everyone so NBD makes more sense.
If you got NBD definitely confirm before they ship
