    Hellos guys im having some problem siwht my keyboard and problems with my cpu if i call dell can i get a remplacement? the R4 Maybe? jajaj is just a question because i was deling with this...

    i would dought it, dell is going to try to fix your current system first. after troubleshooting theyll send someone to your house with new motherboard/cpu, gpu, ect and after all trys at fixing it have failed they may replace it. you'll probably get a refurbished r3, but if your haggling skills are good then possibly an r4. would probably take months.

    but ii live in frontier jajaja i dont live on USA i order the computer in the house of a friend of the family so i dont have any time to be in the house is the SR. and wait the Guy who will fix my computer...

    Like Vic said, Dell won't replace anything unless they've tried fixing it multiple times. As for an upgrade, that is doubtful unless you're problem is an engineering issue and not a mechanical or electrical problem.

    No offense, but I doubt Dell will take a loss because you don't have time to wait.

    And all of this is assuming you are still under warranty. If your warranty has expired these repairs will be expensive.
