    Hello guys
I have a M17x R2 and I'm having some problems with the indicator cover and the power button. In the past I had to dissembly that piece and the brown latch brokened, but I fixed more or less and it haven't got me any troubles since then. The problem is that yesterdey, suddenly it stop working and sometimes the alien power button don't work, or sometimes all the indicators (wifi, volume and all that ones) are disconnect. I know I have to buy that broken part, but the main thing is that I have a presentation in two days and I need the computer. So I have two questions:
1st - Knowing the code of the part (WKTJ9 - ASSY,CVR,INDICATOR,M17X10, I've taken from other thread), where I have to order it, because if I try to search that code in the alienware web, it says me that there aren't any results, so I don't know where I have to put that code to order.
2nd - As I need the computer and maybe I can't fix it before the presentation, is there any way to disable the volume, wifi and all that buttons? Because now if the computer is on, I have the volume display in the center of the screen because is up and down constantly, and if I can disable that buttons from the OS, maybe that dissapear and I can do it properly.
    Well, thanks for all

Try uninstalling the OSD for it to be disabled. You need to look for those parts on eBay or Amazon. Or call 1-800-WWW-DELL
