    Intel turbo boost drivers??

    So I try to install this driver from dells website Intel Turbo Boost technology driver. My question is
    Do, I need this driver from dell to get the turbo boost from my I7 820? I know they have turbo boost on them so why will this driver not work. when I try to install it this is what happens. It says,

    (This computer does not meet the minimum requirment for installing this software.)

    anyone know what might be wrong or do I even need it? If no how can I tell my CPU will do turbo boost?
