    Hi guys,

As the title says I have an Alienware 17, and at the moment I'm using one of my usb ports for a dongle which is for my wireless mouse, I was curious whether this dongle had a place within side the laptop, sort of out of sight out of mind kind of thing.

Many thanks for any help or suggestions you guys have.

I know with the older models there was a un-used DMC slot that you could install a mpcie to usb adapter. I have not looked into my new 17 to see if it has a DMC slot, but if it does you can use one of those for a internal usb.

If you don't have wireless HD you still have that same slot. But it will need some modding for it to work.
