    +1 rep.. thanks for let me know :) this is why my battery is not charging :( and i am on direct power ... could it be the reason why my gpu is not performing as it should? because it is giving very low fps in every game??

    What are your specs?

    How many Watt is that charger? Could be that thats the problem here dont know for sure.

    First try to get the original charger and try again.

    same as ur specs just that i have 2820qm... and the output is 19.5V ,10.8A ...

    Well you need the original charger for it to charge so see if you can get that.
