    Title says it all. I've been looking for months now for the blu ray burner option in the Alienware, and it doesn't seem to exist. Can a burner be added through the phone or something? Why doesn't Alienware even have it as an option? I would think it would at least offered as an option, like any other high end system.

    I don't think they offer a Blu-ray burn even over the telephone. Your best bet is to see if you can get a slot loaded Blu-ray burner from an online or retail store and install it yourself.
