    Is my M17x R4 mentally handicapped?

    So, I'm already starting to have issues with my M17. When using google chrome or internet explorer with several tabs open (had 8) it freezes foes black then comes back to life. The screen goes completely blank and black, but the keyboard stays on. What is happening?

    it probably looks like a bad ram module or a graphics card
    try running memtest86+ overnight to check for any problems
    even the Alienware PreBoot Test is good
