So I was just wondering if anyone here knew if there was anyway to return my m17x after the 22 day return thing. It has only been about 35 days but I really do not want the laptop anymore, it isn't as great as I thought, some of my games even freeze on medium graphic setting and for how much I paid I expected better. So if there is any way can someone share it with me please, I would really like to get rid of this and just get a cheaper gaming laptop.

Talk to Dell and see what they say. I would think they may work with you on the days. They should know about these problems because it seems a ton of people are having them.

Ok so think I will get a full refund or will they take 10% off what I originally paid. I have everything it came with, including the original package btw.

It really won't hurt to call and ask. Their normal policy is 15% return fee. But if the product is defective then you should get a full refund. When you talk to them, just complain a lot about the problems and they should feel like they need to give you a full refund. (Hopefully)

Well I called its weird because the rep said I am still under the 21 day warranty so I will get a full refund. Thanks for your help.

Sometimes being calm and reasonable while still explaining the issues goes further than making the person on the other end mad lol.
My guy offered to send me to tech support for a replacement but I told him it's happening with all the laptops so a replacement wasn't going to fix this. He promptly said "OK, I'll go ahead and issue you a full refund." -
It does say it may take up to 30 days once they receive it to get the refund on Dell's website.(And the support person told me this as well.) -
