I'm running A05 and for my dual 260Ms I'm running driver version 8.15.11.8664

What happens is I'll be playing a game that the system should run like glass (vanilla bf1942 for example) and then every 30 seconds to a minute it kind of hangs for a full second or so, and makes a weird audio stutter.

This has made games practically unplayable since it will hang at the most inopportune times and cause me to crash, fall, get shot, etc. since I seem to lose control during that time.

I ran DPC checker and I appear to get spikes. Is there anything I can do to resolve this? I'm not really sure what the latest and greatest is on this issue. Happy to provide additional info, let me know what you would need.

^^ This surely is a DPC latency issue.
You need to update your video driver. I don't remember what version fixes the problem, but I assume you should be fine with the latest drivers.
