I have the 7970m.
When I fn+f7 to switch off integrated graphics I can max Crysis, Metro 2033 and Battlefield 3 all at pretty stable frames. However when enduro is on, I cannot play Crysis at stable frames on any setting, Metro 2033 does not load at all (says d3d unsupported videocard vendor) and Battlefield 3 starts but with no picture (can just hear the audio).
I have gone into the configure settings to configure what exes run at high performance and they all are set to run on high performance.
However, with the integrated graphics turned off, The Witcher 2 is unplayable. At any settings the Witcher 2 stutters like crazy even if fraps shows the fps being at a stable 45+. But with integrated on I can max the Witcher 2 (aside from ubersampling) without those stutters.
So in short, with integrated graphics on I can play the Witcher 2, but I cannot play the Witcher 2 with integrated graphics off. And I can't play anything else with integrated graphics on and have to turn off integrated graphics to play them.
Any solutions?

It is most likely an issue with the game configuration (or the game itself). Are you using the latest video drivers?

I'm on the drivers straight from dells website. I don't mind having enduro off completely, but the witcher 2 stutters with it without enduro. With enduro on, most other games don't work but the Witcher 2 runs flawlessly. Rather confusing.
