    Hi all,

    My Mx17 R3 was sent off for repair on 16th Sept, I was advised they were going to replace the Nvidia 660M. This was delivered to them on 2nd Oct, but the system still hasn't been returned. I've been talking very regularly to Bogan at Dell Tech (seemingly the only point of contact) and he's about to raise the fifth escalation with Anovo as to where the hell is my system. I'm getting pretty annoyed now as every conversation I'm told 'yes it will be back with you in two days' and this never materialises. Bogdan has assured me he is now getting his supervisor involved as apparently the max time a system should be away is a month (and that's for a worst case scenario, ie a complete rebuild) and that month is up on Thursday. I did ask any form of compensation would be offered due to the frankly shoddy service but was told no. I've been pretty nice to him on the phone/email as you catch more flies with honey but I wondered if any of you can offer any further advice?
