In the dropdown at the bottom of gpu-z does it have another 260m? If not then it's not seeing the second card.

You might get more specific help for your M17x faster if you post in the M17x subforum.

Aside from that, flip it over & look in the vents. How many fans do you see? One in the middle & one on each side? One in the middle & one on only one side?

Nothing in that description says SLI so why would you expect there to be two GTX 260M cards in it?

The description reads to me like it has a single GTX 260M and a 9400 (for hybrid aka low power mode).

Is there a drop down tab at the bottom of GPU-z chiefs?
It would seem that you only have 1 260 GPU in there.
If you have 2 GPUs ie. 2X GTX 260s then in GPU-z it would say that SLi is available but disabled.
Also you will be able to click on the tab down the bottom and select the 2nd GPU in there. So you should essentially have 3 GPUs in that list. The 9400m and the 260 + 260.

The only thing I can think of is maybe the SLi cable is not connected however the 2nd GPU should still show up in device manager at least. Also it should show up in GPU-z. Try HWiNFO32 and see what info you get there chiefs?

Do you have the ebay link? We'll have a look for you as well.

    Cheers. :)

    Okay chiefs,

I just took a couple of pics for you. This is what you should be seeing.

Also next time when you get back you can try installing a newer updated driver and check i the system BIOS; hitting F2 to get in and have a look at the GPU options in there. There should be Hybrid SLi and integrated GPU enable/disable options in there.

    Cheers. :)
