    So what do I do first? Also, when I install the m18x drivers, do I do the traditional driversweeper/safe mode method, or do I just install over old drivers?

    It's preference really, I just overwrite old drivers.

    Are they sata 2 or sata 3 drives? If they are sata 3 remove them from raid or you will start having issues.

    You can run the Intel Storage Management controller app and see if it shows up as Sata 2 or Sata 3...Or we can tell you depending on what model of drives they are.
