    Keyboard keys come off?

    Do these keys come off individually on a 17x r3? I just got mine and the first thing I noticed before I even cut it on was my left arrow key is on there weird and does not press down right so I was hoping its something they can send me in the mail and I can just pop on...

    Edit: Called tech support but they can not find my service tag....called again the guy said to call monday to activate my warranty since he could not find my service tag either. Im so lost.

    The whole keyboard is a single unit in Alienware laptops. Pretty sure 99% of laptops are the same infact. Sorry pal, guess you'll need a replacement.
