    Keyboard keys problem

    hey there ive had this problem since i got the laptop, caps lock number ,5,6 and a couple of numbers on numpad dont work. the odd thing is very rarley all of them will work but i dno how,

    just wondering to see if anyone has had the same problem and might be an easy fix

    (my language setting are set to english UK, but the laptop was sent from america

    are you under warranty? Cause sounds like you need a new numpad

    aye looks like ill have to give them a phone.. was just wondering if im missing a setting haha.

    do you know of any drivers for the keyboards?

    no, i don't know about drivers...but it sounds like you have a physical problem with the touch pad underneath. Better call them while you're still underwarranty

    A connection issue, could be either the port on the motherboard or the flat cable itself.
    Call dell to be sure.
