First it everything was working splended, but then i opend my PC to clean the dust stuck in the fan. Afterwards the keyboard, alienware head (Boot button) and the tochpanel stopped working.
I can boot the PC with the button but it won't glow.

    Any tips?

EDIT: I've checked the wired connected to the keyboard twice.

If you can turn it on using the alien head button that means that you need to do one of the following:

    1. reset your CMOS:

    -unplug system battery
    -unplug your power cord
-remove the backpanel (2 screws) and disconnect the coincell battery next to the system fan.
-press the on/off (alien head) button for ~20 seconds.
-put everything back together in reverse order and try again.

    2. -disassemble and reseat the ribbons properly (make sure the system is not plugged in or the battery inside  ).
. repeat step 1. if not successful.

one or both steps should work if you didn't harm any components.
tip: take your time when disassembling!

    Cheers
