Would this be a good SSD to just boot window 7? Its going for about $70 after rebate. Or should I look for sata III and a little better then kingston?

Try something a bit larger, unless you really mean you will only have Windows 7 on it. I have a 128GB SSD and it's already a quite tight squeeze when I'm not being careful.

I've got a secondary internal 1TB drive and it's annoying to move files back and forth. If you're quite organised, I guess it should be okay.
