Just got my ssd and did a clean install of Win7. However, after install all the drivers, my display seems very dim (dark) than before. Even I set to max of the brightness, it still very dark, anybody has a solution? The switch graph option also disappeared and in the BIOS it says integrated graphic not detected. Very frustrated right now...plz help

Sounds like your display driver installation was corrupt. Uninstall the AMD drivers via Control Panel>Uninstall a Program -- AMD Catalyst, etc. When complete and after reboot, install the Dell July, 2011 drivers. Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States]. These include drivers for both the Intel IGP and the 6990M. You can then upgrade to more recent Catalyst drivers for the 6990M as desired.

The one you said is what I installed...and that thing is not working right now...it seems the BOIS just not recognize the intel GPU...I even re install windows7 for one time and that doesn't help ether... :( I am guessing is might be a problem that I need to reset CMOS?

Alright ppl!! I finally find the solution.
For those who's BIOS cannot recognize the Intel GPU (dont know about the AMD one) do a reset of the CMOS. Someone said pull the battery and power core out in order to do the reset CMOS but is NOT work for this case (or my case...) You have to pull the little battery when you remove the back plate and put it back in after a while. After than the BIOS WILL find the Intel GPU again and your screen will back to bright again. Hope this will help someone who has a same issue.
