    Hey Guys,
Recently I've had this problem where my laptop doesn't even recognize the charger at all, it will only run on battery while plugged in. (The alien head changes colors as if its plugged in, but the actual meter says it's running on battery), and if i try to play a game it goes EXTREMELY slow because it can't get enough power. I'm currently out of warranty so i'm wondering if there is any way to fix this. The problem isn't only the AC adapter I think it's partly the motherboard because the socket for the ac adapter is ridiculously loose and wobbling around.

Have you tried a known good Delta/Flextronics 240 watt PSU? If the jack is loose, it could be that too..
