Hey guys.
I accidentally turned on my m17x(r1) without the power attached. On my system, that means it starts in stealth mode (nothing I can do to change that?).
Anyway, I usually do the following:
1. wait until the system boots
2. press the stealth mode button
3. click ok to "access stealth mode"
4. press the stealth mode button again
5. click ok to restart the computer in non-stealth mode
Unfortunately, today the stealth mode button doesn't respond to my touching. I have tried a restart.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Ian

The user Wattos posted a program that can be used to toggle stealth mode very easily, I have used it for months and have no issues with stealth mode anymore.
I can't guarantee it will work in the situation you describe, but you should give it a try.
You can find his attached program here -
don`t forget to enable hybrid graphics in the BIOS again.
if your start without connected power, it disables the hybrid graphics in the BIOS.
might also be the solution for your issue. -
I activated Stealth mode only once, and had to do the all mighty Power Drain to get out. What a nuisance...
Leaving stealth mode
