I have some performance issues with some games. I would like to have a nice and simple program that shows and logs cpu and gpu temperature. Also it would be nice if the log is readable, not the cluttered .txt that gpu-z produces.
Anyone knows a program?
Also I would like to have the turbo boost of my 2720QM on for longer (indefinitely if needed) than the first -- seconds. How can I achieve this?

Try HWinfo64, shows a lot of useful info including the two you're looking to keep an eye on.

+Hi, further to Luis' answer, I use msiafterburner to monitor temp and gpu clock (and FPS) on-screen while gaming. Much easier to see what is hapening real time rather than examining logs (IMO).
Throttlestop is the utility for sorting out the CPU but read up on it first - there is an excellent guide *somewhere* here on NBR written by the author -
Ok thanks! I will look into it. I think it's time to get some more power out of this thing.
