    Hello Alien buddies,

I should start by saying that it's not the Kionix Sensor Driver. My laptop is all SSD so I've uninstalled kionix. This must be something else.

When powering on, about 40% of the time I get stuck at the Alienware splash logo/screen with a black background and the white spinning dots. This goes on for 3-5 minutes.

The other 60% of the time I'm shocked with how quickly this thing boots up. I truly love this laptop, there's just that one little thing.

Any tips? Did you have this issue and fix it? Thanks!

P.S. I'll call Dell support after work and post here if they're able to fix it

Do you have secure boot enabled? How about fast-boot?

No I don't, is that an alienware/dell, Bios or Windows 10 thing? Do you know how enable that?

We actually want it disabled haha. Also, do you have the original (OEM) drive?

    That's changed in the BIOS.

Oh I see, yes I'm booting from the stock SSD in the M.2 slot.
