    That Clevo 5870 does not have the crossfire connector on the board.

    thanks so much for the clarification. how much does a typical 5870 slave card cost ? anyone know? i saw a few on ebay for 600 but thats just ridiculous.

    $600 is sort of ridiculous since they can be had for less from dell, the only problem, from what i've heard is that it isn't easy to get from dell (lack of supply).

    you wont ever get them from dell. if your lucky a forum member will show up with one, but youll just have to keep looking. you can order it from dell and they will take your money but about 2 weeks later youll get a refund and a canceled order
