So the only real concern I've had so far with my new laptop is that the "panel" or "plate" on the back of the screen seems really loose at the top in the center. I have some pictures showing the gap that is visible if i apply even the slightest amount of pressure between the screen and the "panel". Is this just how they are or is there a broken clip that is causing this issue or what exactly should i do here. If there isn't a broken clip and this is just the nature of the back "panel" I am a little skeptical as to how this is going to hold up.

Yeah I'm getting a replacement screen for this very reason (and dust inside). Good luck with your endeavors as well.

Sorry for the large size BatBoy, and yeah, I've been trying to get a hold of Support for the past few days but "their computers are down" still...

They made me take pictures of it to prove it. Luckily with camera flash, the problem looks even more exaggerated (not to downplay the issue or anything, its pretty bad).

You actually did it? I refused, and told them there was no need, because the system is/was damaged. Also told them that I had no camera.
