    Hi guys,
I need your help! I can't seem to get my 3d back with my M17xR4 (120Hz, 3D) and 680M ! When it came in the first place, I could activate my 3d through the NVIDIA controls panel (with 306.02 drivers) but after reformatting and reinstalling W7 + 306.02 drivers, I can't find any option in the NV controls panel even though I've succesfully installed the 3d drivers in the nvidia package (can see it into the Add/Remove programs menu)

Strange it disappeared that way - has anyone got an idea of how to recover my 3d ? :( Thanks!

Do you have the correct driver for your display? I have a feeling you're missing one somewhere.

Try installing original provided drivers first.

Just to add to this, dell have a separate download just for the 3D. It's old but maybe it needs to be installed before a later driver

    Download and install this driver
Make sure the refresh rate is at 120 Hertz by following the next steps:
    1. Right click anywhere on the desktop and select "Screen Resolution".
    2. Click on "Advanced Settings" and select the "Monitor" tab.
    3. Under screen refresh rate, you will find the actual rate, if it's at 60 Hertz, change it to 120 Hertz.
