    Lost Respawn (and more) Can I get It Back?

    Another issue as usual for my system and me.
    I have been plauged with issues since March of this year, a very, very, very, long story short, but onto the details.
    I just got my M17x r3 back after sending it in not once but twice in 4 weeks. This last time they did a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate and now my Datasafe, Respawn, Steam (game) and some other things are missing, not to mention I am left to reinstall all the Alienware effects.
    I made the Respawn/Recovery disks just like you are supposed to (right out of the box in July) but now they will not work at all.
    I have tried several things mentioned here on the forum but nothing so far has worked. I even went to the website for Respawn and it is telling me nothing is found.
    Is there anyway for me to get it back? The PC is still under warranty and I have just been bullied into a corner, it's been a nightmare. Any help would be great!!!
