Hi, everyone. I put 2 4g kingston hyperx ram into my R2

However, OS and BIOS only recognize 4g ram in my system, but CPUZ and AID 64 know there are 8g in my computer.

I also ran the test in AID 64, it shows single channel, not dual.

    Any one can help me?

perform a full power drain (reset CMOS).

Also check the first screen that pops up when you enter the BIOS. That will tell you what RAM modules you have installed, etc.

How to reset CMOS? Does this mean reset BIOS? If so, I did that and does not work   :(

try removing the ram modules and put them back in, one of them might not be making a good contact since its not detected in the bios.
If that doesn't resolve it I think you might have a bad stick of ram.

CMOS reset involved shutting down the machine, unplugging the power cable, removing the big battery, unscrewing the bottom cover, and unpluggin the little button battery from the motherboard. It's right there next to the second hard drive and RAM slots, just be careful pulling on the plastic connector or those tiny wires...you don't want to break anything. Once that is unplugged, turn the machine over and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. This drains all the power from the motherboard and, in essence, resets the BIOS. Then just plug and connect everything back together and boot up into the BIOS to see if the system sees all 8GB of RAM now.

If you install an amount of RAM it doesn't officially support, it reads the DIMMS as 0 MB. My R2 in BIOS reads I have 2 DIMMS with 0 MB in each, though I put 2 x 8 GB in, Windows sees 16 GB no problems.
