    Hello I just bought a new M17R4 with an AMD 7970 card, I installed SKYRIM, and other games and the all lag horribly :(

    Please help, I thought this was supposed to be a very powerful GPU.

    Also my Windows Experience Index only shows a 6.9.... any help will be apreciatted.

    You are probably on intel graphics! Press Fn+F7 and try to switch to 7970m

    I tried doing what you suggested by I get a wierd error that says I don't have the driver? I tried downloading it from dell but then my computer says its not install correctly?

    is going on here I just got my X17 R4 today and it already doesn't work right????
