    Hello guys,

Just a moment ago, I was skyping with someone and I realized that I can't turn on my video. I also did some tests and it seems like my webcam isn't working. I tried searching the web and Dell's website for the driver but I can't find it anywhere. Can someone show me where I can download the driver or if there is another problem?

    Thanks

Function F9 has been used for the cam on most of our machines, have you tried pressing that?

Does it appear on the device manager? Can you try it on testmycam.com?

If it is infact not working the little cable could of been jarred loose in the LCD lid. The camera could of just have gone out meaning replacement of the cable and the webcam. Or could be a simple system restore to a known working time.

It does't appear on device manager and on the flash icon in testmycam.com it says camera not found.

Yea I'm thinking there's something wrong with the hardware. Going to give Dell a call and see if it's covered under warranty.
