Tried cleaning it out? Could be full of dust which makes it overheat and then the laptop will throttle.
Whats your specs, how much fps you getting on wow?
Have you tried looking at the clock speeds of your hardware with cpu-z / gpu-z what does it show?
Basically we need more information to work with. -
i am getting about 10-15fps
even in dungeons the fps doesnt change
i clean my laptop regulary and as it is now its not hot at all but it might help if i completely disembled my laptop and clean it thoroughly?
i posted a picture attachment to this post i hope it informative enoughAttached Files:

i already tried disabling and abeling it again but that didnt work -
Reload Windows or drivers? Do you have a backup or restore point to fall back to?

If you've never actually disassembled the system, there's no way you could have cleaned it properly. I'm willing to bet it needs a solid cleaning.
You do have a CrossFire issue there. When my 5870s wouldn't use CrossFire, I would usually do a complete power drain, which includes disconnecting the BIOS battery on the bottom of your laptop. Hold the power button for 30 seconds, which should reset everything. After that, go into CCC and disable CF, then enable it. See what happens there.
Do you have any 3DMark programs? A benchmark along with your max temperatures will tell you quite a bit. If you use GPU-z for monitoring temps, make sure you go in under 'SENSORS' and click twice in the box where the GPU temperature is displayed. The word 'MAX' will appear in small green letters if you've done it correctly. Otherwise you won't know what your maximum temperature is, only the current, which is useless.Attached Files:

It is never a waste man, no worries. Next time you're bored, open that beast up and give it a proper cleaning though. Glad to hear your problem is fixed though.
