Have you tried opening a brand new profile in Command Center? Go to 'Theme', then 'New Theme'. Or just hit 'CTRL+N'.

Try what Turbo said but remember:
NEVER INSTALL AN OLDER VERSION OF THE COMMAND CENTER as this flashes the keyboard chip(for alienFX) and you can brick it. Hopefully this won't be your case.
    Let us know.

    Cheers

benmutlu, you should not be using the supplied "resource" disk for your drivers. Get the latest ones at Dell's support site. Many have been updated, and old Command Center versions are potentially bad, for the reason katalin specifies.
