    The photos speak for themselves.

    Dell had shipped the first one with the wrong cord.

    No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get the second one to work.

    Any ideas?

    The wires are throwing me off. /insert sarcasm.

    ...still chuckling.

    sounds like you simply need to get a replacement cord of the correct plug...

    brings new meaning to the saying fitting a square-ish peg in a round hole.
    It seems someone at AW took the term 'DTR' a little too literally. :p

    It's a standard PC power cord, you can get them anywhere, heck I have a bunch just lying around. But I do understand why you would want something you paid for.
