So, after fiddling around a bit, I've noticed that with HW Info 32 and GPU-Z, my GPU temps are not displayed. Is anyone else having this issue, or do I have a faulty GPU?

Try HWMonitor or Everest
-
yeah gpuz doesn't work for this card right now, needs an update.
-
Thanks for the GPU-Z info.
Everest, yes; but I don't know if I can trust the data.
HWMonitor, no temps.
Furmark, no temps.
The card is behaving otherwise, so I'll wait until there are a few software updates.
I just wanted to see if everyone else's cards are showing the same info.Attached Files:

just use the ati tool to get your gpu temps.
-
I use hwinfo32 and that seems to work well
-
Thanks... interesting thing was the AMD GPU Clock Tool shows nothing under the thermal sensors, yet everest does.
-
the clock tools works for me, you have to enable the sensors and then manually start it.
-
D'oh,
It helps if I understand the software.
Insert boneheaded remark here.
Thanks for the info, -
btw what kind of temps are you getting for it??? just wanna see how much cooler it runs in the M17x.
-
I had a low of 43.
50 when browsing.
High of 72 with Furmark only. -
wow thanks, those temps are awesome.

The Revelator Notebook Prophet
The newest release of GPU-Z reads 5870 temps. It has the same version number, but has been recently revised. See techPowerUp! :: Download TechPowerUp GPU-Z v0.4.2.
