    Hello :hi2: ,

i have bought an M17x R2 for a very low price with burned graphic card and no hdd. I have a lot of plan for it but first i would like to make it work.

So my idea is to begin cheap , i can't put a lot of money in one time. Actually it have an HD 4870m ( burned , not working ) , i wanna place in it an GTX 260m , they are very cheap on ebay , and it will be used as secondary gpu for flashing 7970m , don't have to do it in blind mode like in G73Jh ( enduro things ).

Does the hd 4870 heatsink can be use on GTX 260 ? That's not a big diffreence of price , but i don't want to be stuck on this with another 2 week shipping ...

Sorry for my english , i am french but i try to be understandable , if i have made an huge error tell me.

    Thanks in advance.

You need a different heatsink and support plate for that nVidia card.
