When you buy an M17X R2 and its listed as having an RGB LED screen how do you actually know that you have recieved one, does it list it anywhere in windows under computer management as monitor type etc ?

I know people say that you can tell an RGB LED screen due to its colours and reds etc but is their a concrete way of telling that you have recieved one as per the spec list ?

And the ccfl wuxga screen part number is R610K€170CT. (Use HWInfo32 and check under monitor name)

Good point, but its not always that. When the r2 was released, there was briefly an optin for 1920x1200 CCFL, which is not RGB. They still pop up in outlet, and there are some folks on here who have one.
